Christian Filmmakers

Can anyone recommend some cheap (preferably free) video editing software that will reliably work in Windows XP 64-bit?

I actually don’t even need a “real” editor, as I’d just like to marry my WAV file to a JPEG, export as a MOV (or something similar), and upload to YouTube.

Any help, suggestion, and especially recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!
