We (my wife and I) may help out,  but I will not know for sure until the night before (5th March).

- if we can get 2 Videographers then that will make it easy. Ken Lavin is not very familiar with video production.  So he will be looking for someone to run with this and produce it.  Thanks Rob Cook

Videographer Needed - For Christian Monster Truck Event

Food - Fuel - Lodging Provided

We would like to produce a 3 to 5 min web video and DVD to get the word out about this ministry. The video would follow the Monster Truck Team preparing for the event and then follow the team to Weatherford OK and film the event.

6th and 7 March 2010

Start: 6th Mar - Marlow, OK
Then To: Weatherford, OK
Stay Over Night at: Weatherford
Main Event: 7th Mar- Sunday Weatherford, OK

Schedule is tentatively looking like this-

Saturday March 6th

7am- Everyone will meet at our house in Marlow, OK     ( 800 County Road 1610 Marlow, OK 73055 ) start taking big tires off and putting on little tires and then loading everything on the semi trailer along with a friend of ours monster truck Hawg Wild, and High Roller

12 or 1pm start heading to Weatherford ,OK I would like to get a shot of the trucks convoying down the highway and peoples reactions that we see every time.

2 to 3pm get to Weatherford, OK and start putting the trucks together and getting all the trailers placed and cars were going to crush lined up properly using our bobcat. then we will, depending on time, take the trucks and pose them at various places through out the town and by the highway

7 to 8 pm will probably start winding down due to the sun going down and will park the trucks posed were the church wants us. and head to the hotel which will be provided for the film crew

Sunday March 7th

8 or 9 am check in with church on were trucks need to be posed and then attend service

noon to 1pm end service and begin positioning trucks around at areas that may have not got to do the day before

3pm start getting ready for car crush event ,with going over trucks for safety setting up boundaries and PAs and setting up filming shots

4pm let the drawings begin we will draw names for 8 or 16 kids to get a chance to ride in the back of the Monster Truck then from there it an all out Car Crush followed by myself getting out and speaking and then Autograph session will begin till late that night

8to9pm   will begin the tearing down of trucks, if not sooner,  and preparing to leave for the house

IF we can get a few different Videographers to help, that would be great.

Well hullo Rob!  Don’t see you ‘round these parts much. I knew you were a member, someone was asking after you the other day, directed them your way.  So since you’re not posting much, that must mean you’re busy making money while we debate.  LOL

In Christ,
Paul

How did the Christian Monster Truck filming turn out? Did you ever find your filming helper? I would love to hear about the outcome.  grin

We are trying to put together a Revival Christian Racing TV Show here in AZ. I never knew that their was a Christian Event on Monster Trucks. Did you ever put up photo’s of the event on your website?  cheese
