Common Problems and Solutions

  • Make sure your password field is empty if you are not changing your password. Sometimes browsers fill in your password into this field even when you don't want to change your password.
  • To put a link into your profile contact us. We'll explain how to do this. We plan to make this process easier in the future.
  • Images you upload will be resized to 180 pixels wide, keeping the correct aspect ratio. Only JPG, GIF and PNG image files are accepted.
  • To get rid of the annoying "confirm password change" box in Firefox: Go to "Tools->Options" and then under the "Security" tab, click "Show passwords . . ." Scroll down to "http://www.christianfilmmakers.org". Remove all password entries but the correct one. If you don't know which is correct, delete them all.
